Ah i thought that might have been an ra, but it had no badges but it being white with rear privacy glass hinted it was, i think i saw the black one too on the hoist in the workshop next to the blue wrx?

The murtaya which is having the carbon shell looks interesting.

Are they tail happy at all?

As for any work on the car, im fine thanks, im tackling most things on the scooby, currently in the middle of swapping the wrx engine mounts for some sti ones, a fun job indeed especially that bastage 14mm nut at the back that sits on the rh mount.

I'll bring the wrx down at some point, i was in the parents getz at the time.

Greenergy International Ltd - Tesco 99 Octane

Damn rain is putting me off finishing the other mount, im half tempted to say sod it and finish the bugger then again.......

I just want to find out if it'll remove that knock i had, mot is up in 2 weeks time.

Sun shining no excuses now...

Proved the old power to weight issue yesterday.."roadtest" on a modded sti4 same hp as the Murtaya yesterday..Murt pulled a good few car lengths on me and just lost me in the twisties..people do look puzzled when the here the Murtaya and scoob together look completly different sound identical

Anyone fancy a localish track day if I can arrange?

Just returned from "the ring" and a 2 day tackday at "spa"

1 lap and 3k's on the second lap at the ring and blew a map sensor, which also caused me to miss both days at spa so all in all 800 euros up the swanny !

So where do you mean local !

Don't forget st eval circuit isn't far off.

Im not mad on trackdays mainly as i don't want something breaking wr1 can attest to that.

I got the mount done the same day, 6pm onwards it was dry, only took me an hour to finish the left side if that, made quite a difference as the mot is booked in week tomorrow.

St eval will only be a few miles away jase, it's near the karting circuit iirc, popular for hillclimbs.

I am however interested in the trackday even if it means holding back a bit heh.

You could try 205gti drivers see if any pug drivers are up for a play, they're usually a good bunch.

Hi Guys

Well was down in Truro for a couple of days last week and i only saw 1 which was a classic red one, coming out of the Cosawes Camp site just outside of Truro.

Hmmmm and there was me thinking I am moving to Cornwall and I will be the only scoob down there, but seeing this post has assured me I wont lol

I was touring all the little villages surrounding Truro and the roads are Great lol

Hope to see a few of you when I am down there

Kaz

hmmmmm lookd at Chacewater, werent sure on it, Carnon downs is okish
we need to be about 10 miles out of Truro no further

Hmmm looking for a large place with some land nothing special something we can build up, as we have loads of off road toys like Dingo's and go karts and of course the Horses..... so a bit of land would be great lol

Look out for me next week as will be driving around, hmmm do i put the bung in the exhaust or not lol
