Some users with access to the ban button decided to remove my previous post. I have a message for them.

I haven't yet sent the information to the Police, however should you decide to exercise your ability to press the ban button you will be as good as sending it yourself. Should this post be deleted then all the information including the video will be sent to the Police. So YOU decide what happens. For the moment at least.

Like I said in the 2 posts which some users decided to delete. If my posting was removed I will send all information including this video and information taken from scoobynet and the M6 forum about the people who decided to break the law.
It was deleted so I've emailed all the information. Hopefully a prosecution will follow.


BMW M6 VN55MVC driver is in trouble. Shouldn't be difficult to track down one of the few V3's around either especially as the people in question were kind enough to include their faces.

ull never catch those lads , firstly u cant prove ther speed, 2ndly u cant prove the registration on the M6 as it may have just been a car parked up and a diff car used for the filming, thirdly all ur evidence is circumstantial... oh and by the way good luck to you with pursuing legal action..........

naaa mates wats thick is people who think the registration is only visible at the start of the vid and that the faces of the guilty two are clearly shown doing some dangerous driving and road racing. The reg plate is just a way of tracking down the person who they say they borrowed the bmw off getting them to fess up or get prosecuted themselves and then just a case of matching the idiots face with the name.
The speeding isnt the main issue the racing and dangerous driving is what will see them banned.

You mean posts saying I'm reporting driving that might result in someone dying and saying that the stupid people are the ones supporting these muppets. It doesn't matter if I'm banned for this because the video remains as does all the evidence from here and the M6 board all of which was captured before it was edited.

The video show quite clearly the face of the driver and dangerous and careless driving on public roads, speeds can be estimated by how fast and how many white lines pass the car, they are a standard length and width apart on open roads, like motorways. If the law can find (I think 5) identifying features on a car they can still prosecute even if the plate is incorrect. I would get the vid pull asap, but may be to late for this driver....
