Nope no joke, Car has sat since the gearbox rebuild, due to no MOT/TAX, had it booked in on Thursday I think. Driving down the M11 put my foot down and it went pop. Smoking the whole motorway out. and pissing oil EVERYWHERE.
How did you find it when it was running OK; were you enjoying it? Did you give the power the respect it deserved
For my own interest what power was it running in the end and what was the boost profile?
To be fair to API and whomever mapped the car, if this engine wasn't specced to handle 600bhp they were always ging to be onto a loser with your driving and mechanical sympathy
