So, is that why the WRC cars have a polished manifold then?

Has anyone managed to replicate the colour and finish of the original STI red crackle paint?

You can get the red crackle paint from a company called Frost Automotive in Rochdale...

they havnt polished them for about 5yrs and they are magnesium now

Black Wrinkle Finish (310ml)*(P110) - Frost Auto Restoration Techniques)

They do it in black and red..
