mammoth task but hope they at least get play offs.
zero points because we were robbed of 15 to start , with .
we went into admin before end of last season so it should have been then.

Leeds went into administration last season as soon as they knew they were down, albeit mathimatically they weren't, they did so purely and simply to try to avoid the -15 pts for the start of this season, they tried pulling a fast one, they knew it we knew it and it failed, take the punishment, best way to do that is to stop cryng and go an get promoted, they seem to be doing half the job...

Leeds did get -10 points last season when they went into administration... Thats why they finished bottom of the league.

The -15 points this season was because of Ken Bates pulling a fast one. The company he club was put up for sale by KPMG and Bates bought it back under the "exceptional circumstances rule" but imposed a 15 point deduction due to the club not following football league rules on clubs entering administration.

Thumbs down Inland Revenue

I think you will find that it was the Inland Revenue who said they would not agree to any end of administration, unless they had preferential creditor status. This is specifically prohibited under Football League rules, since the agreement between the Football League and the Inland Revenue signed in 2003, that says the football creditors are to have preferred status. The Inland Revenue said they would block any end to administartion in the High Court unless they had preferential creditor status. That was the basis for the second improved Bates offer, giving extra money so that the taxman would get the same amount of money as if they had preferred status. He (Bates) might be a sharp customer and you might not like him, but the FL have effectively punished Leeds for sticking to the signed agreement between the FL and taxman. Just like the McLaren / FIA fiasco they also has the all pervading stink of rotting fish all over it. This was personal dislikes being falsely paraded as justice.

We're on our way back to the championship now +3 and out of the relegation zone, When we do get back into the premiership will we get a round of applause from our opposing teams fans? I do hope so when we go back to Old Trafford and Chelsea, That will make my life, not day!

MOT

And no, you wont get a round of appluase IF you ever make the prem again. LONG way to go. Did you see the start Forest had a couple of seasons back in this league, look where they are now.

MOT.

We'll be back.

I'd love to see the look on the faces of the spinless FA officials if we get straight back up.

We love being hated - even though 99% of the haters don't know why they hate us, and probably know nothing about football other than they support Man U, despite never having been to a game and never having been to Salford.

No chip at all.

United in this thread? Leeds United........

Oh, you're referring to the other united.

I mentioned them because it's only their plastic fans (not real ones) that love to stick the knife in.

Wrong, I think you'll find the majority of clubs in England hate Leeds, the main part of the hate comes to them because of their animals of so called fans. Not seen trouble at Boundary Park for a few years apart from Blackpool in the play offs this year but Leeds had to out do it didnt they last Tuesday. Couldnt even sell the away allocation yet still had plenty of Leeds fans all over the home ends causing trouble. And this was an all ticket game which had to be purchased the day before the game so there was no excuse not buying the ticket for the away end apart from wanting to cause trouble.
Even Manchester City behave themselves when they visit us and we've always been rivals throughout the years.

Not in my experience. Real football fans want the bigger clubs back as the rivalry is missed by many.

Every club has idiot fans - Man U has plenty as I've policed at Arsenal in the past. More Man U thugs were arrested on that day than the rest of the whole season's visiting fans put together.

Part of trouble at grounds is often down to badly managed crowd control.

Away tickets were all sold according to the Leeds website.

It's sad that you hate me LOL

They most definately wernt. Lots of empty seats in the RRE. 4700 tickets you were given, plenty to go around to say it was a Tuesday night game, local derby or not.

I dont hate *you* I hate you when your supporting your team thats all

I hope if Leeds win the play off final and there is a tin pot trophy presentation, Leeds refuse to collect it.
