My thoughts are though , As there are only a small handfull of us ( 4 Confirmed ) On the list With possibly YVM Joining us as well

Really i feel there is no need to book Nounsley ( Just turn up early ) Ok we wont have the lake all to ourselves , But does this really matter , Im sure getting there early we could still have a pick of the pegs & all fish close together ( Well close enough to banter everyone )

It's your call mate , I Just want a good days fishing with you guys & catching fish is a bonus , Im just worried that we may sit @ the other water & not catch one all day , I Do not feel that will be enjoyable for anyone ( Not knowing the water i maybe wrong ) I Know Nounsley & im sure that even YVM Will not blank ( Again )

Nounsley is great with me guys...another reason i said Gloucester was i didn't have phone number and was worried we may have many anglers, so i new Gloucester park would accommodate us, without booking. Lets make it Nounsley this time and we try another lake later

just got back from nounsley like there is no comp on and gates open at 7 am

 

I'll fish anywhere me - however, i'm a little disapointed that you've changed the venue as I'm literally 5 minutes up the road from Gloucester and was looking forward to getting up at 5.30, leaving by 5.50 - and still being the first in the car park LOL.
Anyway - never been to Nounsley - so if someone could let me know where it is please and add me to the "confirmed" list.

don't worry mate, gates don't open untill 7.0 at Nounsley, so you don't need to leave at 5.50 to be the first one there!

The Lake is very visitor friendly now with on site toilets & Picnic tables dotted around , Its a great place to spend a " Chilled out " Afternoon
