You said crap stunts, I didn't think it was. I also thought it was a decent touch to have the actress/stuntwoman herself doing the work. Usually you can't get any decent close shots as its some burly ex-marine with a wig.
Fair enough you didn't like it and I really can understand why. Thing is, I will watch pretty much anything (I don't mind watching Battlefield Earth - voted one of the worse films ever made and no I'm not a scientologist!)

No its a good film. Janspeed was referring to Battlefield Earth.
The fact that you didn't like it is your choice. However, the fact that I liked it irrespective of faults is to do with my own opinion of the film rather than what you are implying that anything by Tarantino has to be good.

Awesome film, as is Planet Terror (an automatic rifle and a grenade launcher for a leg!?!? Genius, haha!). Really funny/entertaining stuff if you take it all in the manner it's supposed to be and understand the reasons for making the films in the style they are shot in and scripted.
A lot of people won't get it or just might not be into these types of films, doesn't make the movies automatically crap though.
As far as I understand it Roberto Rodruigez and Tarantino thought up the films as a laugh and that's about it.
Starship troopers, lol, now that is funny stuff, awful but makes sense with looking at the way war propaganda has been used in the past and is still. Love that movie
