Plan is to have the car shaken down and ready for next season, although i would love to do a hillclimb event or 2 if we get the chance to this year

I have no intension of drag racing the car so will be setup solely for the circuit.... although if we end up attending TOTB next year we would give it a go to try and gain some overall points.

Is (was) that your old UK road car (as modded to serious power)? Or another shell?

Silver is the fastest colour BTW

Could easily go over 700 with our engine spec as our sister engine is running around the 1000hp mark for drag(with gas)... but longevity would drop proportionally, which would be an issue for track use

AST Racelines are sitting there ready and waiting, powerflex are just making us some racegrade suspension bushings and todays task is putting new wheel bearings in and fitting longer arp wheel studs to accept wrc mag rims

this 1000, is it show or go? big claims there, best get it on the track, though a couple of evos are claiming 900+ and were well beat by a rcms lower bhp gobstopper with a lot less power, also steve g, auto box only 9.3? please correct me if im wrong

Correct re steve g, but not bad with misfires and not one run without issue.

**** me that looks impressive not overkeen on the spoiler addons, but understand the track direction is the plan to market the kit as a purely road car down the line? the arches and 2 door would attract a bit of attention on their own!

We have all the components available to do it either as a 4 or 2 door widebody roadcar kit and as a full on 2 door lightweight kit....however the lightweight kit will require a rolcage because the standard doors with side impact protection are replaced with fibreglass

I will have to enquire for you as we source the kits complete from APR and they dont list any items seperately, so i expect they will have to be special order!....also you would require a rear bumper and side skirts in order for it to look right, otherwise the arch extensions will be overhanging

What would be the reason for having to change the seats

i already have the rear bumper, side skirts and the front vented wings !! apart from a different style front bumper on yours its virtually the same as my car

the reason i was thinking about the seats is i cant remember if they come down far enough to allow someone to get into the back seats

There is still no guarantee that your bumper will line up with the arch extensions though!

Just checked for you and if your planning on running it as a fast fully trimmed road car then you would need to address the seat issue with something like a set of seats out of a type R in order to gain access to the rear seats.
