When I fitted a FMIC to my 93 wagon it started making this noise. Think the reason is the DV is now just before the intake manifold, so when the DV opens and vents to atmosphere theres still some pressure between the airfilter and DV, I suppose a good chunk of it goes out of the DV but the rest passes back through the turbo/filter. Getting right on my nerves to be honest as its a very annoying sound for a daily driver.

I do like the idea of having a loud one.

The 1 i posted recuric's which i think means it will not mess up your fuel and air ratios, and you still get the VTA when you want it.
Thats right yea?

Would there be any Cons with this dual port BOV i have seen?
ie loss of power etc??
