Scoobynet Pole anyone
Sweating is just your body getting rid of crap. It means your system is working well.
If you look at say a top footballer - they will be soaked in sweat. It is a good sign that they are good condition.
When I take people up a mountain in these parts. I can tell within a short while what kind of shape they are in and grade them in my head. The two signs are how heavy or controlled is the breathing and how much they are sweating. The guys at the front are allways the ones with most sweat on. The stragellers can be as dry as a bone.

So probablynot too much to worry about. If really worried get down the quacks - as better safe than sorry.

How stressed are you? I get the night sweats to a varying degree most of the time a) 'cos I'm overweight and b) 'cos I'm like Stressed Eric with work sometimes. When the pressure's really on, I can wake up with the sweat running off me in rivers and pools of it in me belly button

Hunter S Thompson, a similarly sweaty man, used to say that his doctor told him to start worrying if he ever stopped sweating. Better out than in.

I get em now and again... a common ailment, if that's the right word for it. It's better if I have a day off the crack and mescaline though.
