Just fitted a new exhaust with an expansion chamber and baffles and you can really feel the difference it must be doing over 30mph now and it’s a lot quieter now
I will add some more photos and videos soon

You know I saw one of these in the street the other day, with an old dear on it, and it reminded me of this thread
I still reckon you should throw some race fuel in it, and run it at TOTB or next years ScoobyLive

I think its time I sorted the exhaust out I carnt leave it stuck up in the air like that so im starting to fabricate a new one out of 20mm conduit that will wrap around the engine and vent under the scooter so you wont be able to see it once the cowling is fixed and back in place

Here are some more photos
Here I am remaking the wiring loom taking out all the extra wires I don’t need but leaving the ones for the lights and indicators and the charge lead for the batteries
here I am making the new custom exhaust so it should fit under the cowling
note iv made new baffles which has made it quite a bit quieter
iv now started to fix the cowling that was smashed into several pieces

It’s nearly done now
Iv painted the cowling for under the seat
I don’t think iv done a to bad job of painting it
And here it is in place iv had to cut quit a bit away to allow for the engine and cooling
and just a quick video so you can see round it.
In the video you can see iv fitted an electric start which is better as the pull start is a bit hard to get to
can you see where iv put the fuel tank?
