Think i've got 11 maximum points and a few close ones.

I had a few to do on GUN, playing through on Insane and it's impossible, for anyone who's had the <cough> privilege of playing it, i've got up too the bit where you have to kill the army sergeant and it's fecking me right off, one hit and your dead, you can't find a place to stay and snipe him cause he hunts you down, and as said, one shot and your dead, seriously thinking it's not worth the hassle of the swearing at a bloomin computer game


Also how many goes did it take to get the 1000 on the flying Lego SW levels?, got 2 left to complete when your not aloud to die.

 

a lot, I had falcon flight and the last one death star escape ?? left to do for ages, then after a month off it I gave it a go and got them both in about 20 minutes.
Top tip would be learn to barrel roll continually. A+RStick<>

 

Fighters Guild by any chance? In a cave?

Yep, thats the one. Apparently 1/3rd of copies had this bug ?

 

Its nothing to do with your game, its how you played it leading up to it (not blaming you, yes there are bugs, but every copy is burnt the same) read the wiki oblivion site for help

 

As the man says, the bug is universal: if you visit the cave before getting the quest then you are ****ed.


BTW, do X-poxes get the Reference Bug issue? That's a killer when it finally hits. Just checked - yes, it looks like you do. If you haven't patched to fix this, do so!

cheers guys. just read about the "referance bug" strange, will check the patch download. just want to own millions of horses !!!

 

I got over encumbered quite easily in shivering isle with the amount of stuff you horde so yeah i ditched some hoping i'd come back for it but it vanished, i just thought i'd left it in a non respawn place on the map

Luckily i saved and retrieved it, after that i stored it in one of the caves. didnt realise this was a bug

 

That's Cars finished now, so 25 maximum pointers in total. Just 30 points away from the 1000 on Forza as well.

Cars has definitely been the most challenging maximum if only from the perspective that the camera angles and the way everything moves around on screen gave me motion sickness!

 

hardest 1000G on my card was Burnout Revenge - those last few signature takedowns were a nightmare...

If you have all the other acheivements on Oblivion except the Fighters Guild - go back to an earlier save point and re do that questline - I had to do that for part of Shivering Isles.
