Likewise, I am waiting for a price for the replica winglets if a good price i will buy the splitter!
Another WRX'er here interested in the replica winglets and front lip, price will have to be good on the winglets though, aren't genuine ones £112 a pair painted?
Check underneath your bumper, you may already have at least 4 bolts under there you can use. That would just mean buying two more for the front part of the splitter. You can use 10mm bolts and nuts with a few washers.

On mine there are 4 existing bols i can use so its only the one for the middle in need, although ive measure the holes already drilled in the splitter and they are only 6mm wide
They have been designed slightly less curved than OE so when bolted in place they hug the bumper , so all is needed is double sided tape (supplied) and bolts at bottom and side (not supplied).
No need to cut bumper!
M6 bolts and repair (penny) washers are what I would recommend and if I remember right what Scott Lowe supplies with his front splitters, pretty much what Cocker said really...
