So the big question is, what about the the std blobeye wrx ?.
Like others here I may be interested in one but no one seems to cater for the wrx front bumper .
Any news / updates on this ?.

Mark.

Another WRX'er here interested in the replica winglets and front lip, price will have to be good on the winglets though, aren't genuine ones £112 a pair painted?

Any pic's yet Dave (Of the Winglets)? I also assume they would need painting and would the front bumper of a WRX need cutting?

£159 for both would be a great price

TIA...Dan

We have slightly redesigned winglets, so no cutting of the front bumper Required.

Can anyone recommend the sizes to use? Was expecting fitting stuff to be included so need to nip off to the DIY store before fitting it.

Check underneath your bumper, you may already have at least 4 bolts under there you can use. That would just mean buying two more for the front part of the splitter. You can use 10mm bolts and nuts with a few washers.

On mine there are 4 existing bols i can use so its only the one for the middle in need, although ive measure the holes already drilled in the splitter and they are only 6mm wide

They have been designed slightly less curved than OE so when bolted in place they hug the bumper , so all is needed is double sided tape (supplied) and bolts at bottom and side (not supplied).
No need to cut bumper!

Well ive 95% fitted my splitter, some handy fitting tips are as follows:

The 4 bolts already in the bumper (2 each side) were not long enough for me so i used the ones i bought.

The bolts i used were 6mm

You definatly need large washers for the middle 4 bolts (hence why ive only 95% fitted it, trip to B&Q in the morning for me!)

The 2 bolts each side screw downwards and put the nut at the bottom, the 4 middle bolts push up and screw the nuts at the top

Overall im happy, it looks cool, hope this helps and thanks HT Autos!

M6 bolts and repair (penny) washers are what I would recommend and if I remember right what Scott Lowe supplies with his front splitters, pretty much what Cocker said really...

Well pleased with the look and the little badge complements it I think.

Rather alot of pink now though.
