When someone is busy there can be lapses in communication it's inevitable. You took your business elsewhere as you keep stating whilst inferring Simon has little regard for customer care. This is of course utter bollox as all the above posts suggest he is very good at what he does, and his customer care is infact top notch.

simon is mapping my type R and fitting a power fc, for a VERY reasonable price, i deceided to use him on the recomendation of mates that have had there cars mapped over on surrey scoobies, and they all sing his prases, he wont let it go unless its right and safe.
i wish i could reply to all my customers, i miss loads due to volume and the system,
respect to JGM. a very busy man, whos good lady is expecting (that would slow any man down)....good luck simon.
