Awesome looking motor - as has been said I think the car looks much better without graphics.
Any chance the pictures could be re-hosted please? Would love to see some of the pictures from page 2 and 3, but none of them seem to want to display!

Its an amazing copy (except now when I look at my Blobeye it looks positively skinny! ). One day...
...about the only "fault" I can find with it (and I use that term very loosely) is I think the exhaust shown in the early pictures lets it down a bit. It seems that the exhaust was changed though - but the pictures of the change won't display, so I can't pass judgement there!
Think it looks far better without decals though - not that I object to people putthing them on of course - but its far more striking without.

I would of went for the tarmac spec front bumper instead of the gravel. Apart from that looks great this is what i intend to do to a 2006 spec c. But i will be using it for track so might even start of with a cheap 2002 wrx shell and have it caged up.

i'll even do the work for all of you that would like a sort of copy of this.
Subaru Impreza WRC wide body Kit Newage for Blobeye and Bugeye 2001 - 2005
i now imagine tbtstt's phone trying to jump into his hand and his credit card jumping out of his pocket.

I clearly can't afford to buy an ex-WRC car and, if the odd prices I've seen before are anything to go by, I guess the individual panels must cost a small fortune.
That leaves me just one option: borrow a short skirt off the girlfriend and stand on the corner outside Prodrive HQ!

Hello Everyone,
The car that you are all drooling over is mine, lol. One of my mates told me that the thread was up again, Ill be happy to answer any questions anyone has.
When Andy first had this car built I asked him for first refusal on it if he ever sold it.
Once I took ownership the first thing I did was give it the power its looks deserve.
She now has a fully built 2.35 with a GT 35/42, the backbox is also now more with the WRC look and not the one you see in the photos although its still on the same side and not where a WRC car would have it.

Thanks for the post, however the above claim is worthless unless you supply the thread with fresh pictures
Sounds awesome; have you any threads/forum posts elsewhere on the engine work at all? Would love to see whats under the bonnet now!
Minor topic deviation: I wonder why it is that the WRC cars have the exhaust on the "wrong" side? There must be some reason/benefit as to why they've done that?
