or get some real feedback from owners on here before they release a new model. Other manufacturers get feedback from owners so why don't subaru? or maybe only in Japan.

Just seen EVO mag., Subaru say the new "target market" will more than compensate for the loss of the "old market". Trying to out Golf the Golf.
My classic was smallish, light and agile, my bug-eye is better built, but doesn't feel as nippy....
NO newScoob for me, rather save an extra year for an EVO X, sadly....

They haven't a hope in Hell. Golf enthusiasts are more entrenched in their marque than Windoze users. It doesn't matter one iota how much better it is to drive than the Golf, it looks like a Mazda 3 and they will never entertain it. The old market have apoken their intentions but their dreams of the new market will remain dreams IMHO. RIP Impreza

Hi Corradoboy, so how's the diesel powered Mac world treating you ?
Mazda 3 might be a nice car (LOL), no reason to copy it tho'.
We'll all have to tool around in Forrester STI's instead, at least the big black dog will be happy in the back ? I want a black one, or white.... Hmmm
P.S. How about the "Goodb-eye", Subaru....

My Mac is so old it's steam powered
Would love a Forester STi though, but trying to kill the mortgage over the next 4 years so we can emigrate to Cornwall

Widespread - as in a few ppl who have never seen one tucked away in a corner of the internet are whinging about it ?
Get real. The uk market is a drop in the ocean for sales (cars, movies, games - you name it we're nothing... erm maybe Tea and pints of bitter).
We get 'watered down' versions of most cars at high prices and usually the last to get a model launch to. Yeah I bet subaru are really papping it.
