Well yet another enjoyable NBO, even if the weather was a tad crap and I had proper manflu, nearly didn't go, but glad I did, even the 19month old daughter enjoyed it. As always well organised and the club stands fairly judged.
Only disapointment was not enough tuners there like scoobyworld etc like last year, need some more suppliers of goodies especially if it's always going to held on fathers day!!!
Well done and see ya next year!

Thanks again Craft for those comments
you will have seen so much change since you have been a loyal supporter for 5 years now
I hope that the suppliers are reading this and taking note as its so frustrating for us after so much effort is out into attracting suppliers and it is just the loyal 4/5 and 5 new ones which were all word of mouth .
I identfied this 3 years ago and we pushed through the club stand competion and the car of the day in a centre arena to give more for our comminity to look at and it is a now a success on that front
More emhasis on fund raising was brought in this year and we have doubled previous years with an excellent figure of £6400 total .
There will be a couple of 'twists' nest year .
speed trials ,salmon etc will never happen at the NBO though as we have scoobyshoot out ,ten of the best ,etc for that and are well covered so rather then compete with that sort of show we are happy with the NBO style of event

A great day again, as is every year, shame about the weather again, hope next years weather is like the first 3 years of this event, red hot.....
A very good turnout, great convoy from scotch corner.
As people have mentioned, i think we could do with atleast double the amount of scooby traders, just seemed a tad bit light on that side.
A great idea regarding NBO merchandise, will bring in more revenue for the charity.
Well done to everyone involved in organising this annual event.

Dont know who they were mate but they showed themselves up. Without exception everybody else I took money off on the gate were happy and generous, many throwing tenners and twentys in the bucket.

lol, and to think Katie kept telling me off for being cheeky. I was telling all the Newage owners that they had to put in extra as they clearly have more money than us classic owners. Captain came and asked me if I had a complex about newage

Thanks for that comment re non turbo as its the first time that came up in 5 years and we have had an enquiry re Forrester too
i think they could tag in with either special edition or std /modifed but we will look at that
I was still looking for a sport owner club display this year as i know a couple of members posted up threads for this
How many sports were there 5-10?
