I was not. I mearly refused to argue and instead said I would refund if an apology wasn't enough.

Sounds to me like somebody is telling fibs... Jase said he was abusive and swearing on the phone, the OP said he was calm and polite.

We could request the UN or we could sit back with pop corn while they slug it out online. I would prefer the latter, but perhaps you should speak to one another in private and sort it out?

Yet again another "Let's lynch the *****!" thread without trying to resolve the issue like an adult. All I have to say is that I have dealt with Jase on many occasions and have never doubted his honesty and integrity. Hope your doing good Jase. I'm sure Chrissy will be along shortly!!

i would personally suggest this thread is closed, and chris and jason sort this matter out via either pm, or phonecall.

Oh come guys. You can call it what you like but it did happen. I don't deserve to be spoken to like that, nobody does. Jason, please tell everyone what I said, (which can't have been more than 15 words) and if people on here are offended by it, I'll retract the thread.

Just to confirm that I'm not going mad I have taken a photo of the problem. This is the 2nd box I have bought which was 'supposed' to be for MY97sti.

Chris - oddly enough I've got a spare standard airbox from a V3 STi in my garage - let me know if you're interested.

I have run our family business for the past two years now.
So, in your family business, do you like dealing with people that get arsey on the phone, refuse refunds and instead opt to slag you off on a public Internet forum?

You should have sorted this out directly with Jase rather than coming on here and slagging him off. I'm sure that's what you would rather one of your customers do!

We all make the occasional mistake, i'm sure this could have been sorted at no cost to you. I also think that if Jase saw your original post he may not have been as helpful as he is being now.

I'm sorry, the tone he took with me was a joke. A real cocky 'i'm better than you' attitude. Its funny how we're allowed to kiss backsides on this forum, but woe betide anyone brave enough to question a scooby parts supplier?
What motivation have I got to lie? For the 34th time, I didn't get ar*ey on the phone, Jason put the phone down on me, supplied the wrong part....and he's the hero? Wow, scoobynet has changed.

I don't know Jason from scoobybits, but from reading various threads about him and his business i understand he has a good rep on sn.

I do know Chris as i sold him my old ITR - I can say he was a really friendly polite guy and was a pleasure to do business with - We even stayed in touch after the sale..

I think there has been a misunderstanding somewhere, apologies have been said and the case should be closed.

Ok guys lets just feckin chill here eh.

There is only two people here who knows what was said

Chris mate if your not satisfied go elsewhere, simple as.

And Jase - your a business man and probably a busy man - calling people a keyboard warrior in your opening sentance does not sound very proffesional.

sometimes you have to bite your tongue (of course up to a point)

Lets just breathe deeply count to ten and chill.
