And to add.....sorry going on a bit.
Had some fantastic news from Highway in regards to my crash on the 23rd April.
The chap who pulled out of the petrol station straight out infront of me has now changed his story and admitted it was his fault.
So all I am waiting for now on that matter is Highway and the engineer to pull there finger out and give me the money my car was worth prior to the accident. The reason for the hold up is they told me there is a back log in the engineer department with paperwork and not the fact they sold my car to a breakers yard to sell the good on eBay before my settlement was agreed.
So here to luck and living.

Here's some snaps from my WRX that was written off in April 23rds crash. Goes to show what happens when 3.5 tonns pulls out on you and then collecting a van on the otherside of the carridgeway.

And to the latest one. Thanks to Mass aka David Bailey for his snaps. The pictures do not show the full damage of it and it looks in pretty good healt until you see it close up.

Sods law huh.

I think OPM & co were unfortunately using your thread to highlight the compensation culture of the greedy and retarded masses.
Naturally your run of bad luck and the pics reflect a likely injury and if you feel that a couple of grand will make up for your pain then you are right to do what you are entitled to do

if you are in pain fair enough but i hate people who try and claim for things that they have made up. thats why our premiums are sky high cos of the blame culture we live with. the americans started it now were fallowing in sueing for anything and everything we can. the coffe's too hot the coffe is too cold blah blah blah. where does it end. we'l end up suing for being sued soon. i hope your car gets sorted and this was not a dig at you but just wanted to get it off my chest.
