Sonic yes you are correct with regard the syringe. Police are baffled why when all the activity kicked off after the Police arrived at the appartment the 2 twins continued to sleep, even when carried out by 2 Policemen to a another location whilst the investigation began they still never moved until some time later.
2 x Doctors, 1 x Syringe, 1 x missing daughter !!!!! hhmm somebody call Agatha Christie or Miss Marple for me please.

I had not seen this however I came across it on the C4 site.
Apparently the parents and friends were quite sedated as well.

First post on this thread and having read it and watched the McCanns on TV I agree -- something just doesn't sit right with me in all of this...I hope their little girl is okay but if this turned out to be down to them it wouldn't surprise me. Something stinks in all of this and I smell a rat....and wish I didn't.
You know what mate i totally agree with you - something in all of this is not quite right and smells fishy.
Do i trust the parents? Either one or both know something if you ask me.
I wish i didn't feel like this but something inside me tells me they know more than they are letting on.

I wonder why they are making such a big deal of finding blood. I stay in lots of hotels and used to have a girlfriend who was lucky enough to be a maid and people do AMAZING (read: disgusting) things in hotel rooms and you should be able find every bodily substance in all rooms if you look hard enough.

Still, at least they have plenty of money in the bank to pay for a good legal team. Must be handy getting given over £1M free and even getting special tax relief on it from Gordon Brown!
