Latest turn of events seems very bizarre.

The profile of the McCanns and the whole turn of events just doesnt fit their being suspects at all.

Based on everything that has been reported so far, and then applying some imagination, the logical conclusion would be that he did it and she helped him hide the body. The problem with this is that this is based on what has been reported, and there is generally no correlation between what has been reported and what actually happened. Better to base your opinion on what you personally know to be fact.... which is virtually noting

It seems very, very odd that the McCann's would murder their child and I can't believe that they did.

If they are guilty of something then the only possible reason that I could think of is that the child somehow had an accident from perhaps being left alone and they panicked and disposed of the body. I still think this is extremely unlikely as well.

I guess we will see.

It is pure speculation however based on not very much, to say it doesnt seem like the Mcanns well how do you know, unless you know them personally

I have seen it before many many years ago, a friend was killed in what was almost invariably an accident, that then got made to look like a burglary through panic etc, both parties involved got sentenced to life

If they had of just come clean about what happened, instead of rigging the scene to look like burglary and murder and not accidental death, they probably wouldnt have got sentenced at all

Without personal knowledge of any hard evidence, it seems very unfair to speculate about what actually happened, certainly as far as the parents are concerned anyway.

Looks like its just routine proceedure.

They have futher questions than need asking. In order to ask them they must formally caution her, and therfore has to be a suspect in order to do that. Red tape etc etc.

I don't see how two people in a foreign country with very little knowledge of the local area, having just killed their own daughter so hardly on the best mental path, can sufficiently hide a body so months later she still isn't found. You can't just walk down the beach and lob a body in, it will float back. Takes time to properly wiegh a body down close to the shoreline.

She was targeted, snatched, taken to a boat and when done with, killed and put overboard. Seems the most likely scenario to me. Either that or slave trade.

I do so wish the guilty people are found. Probably said before but just shoot them in the head. No ifs, no buts, no whys, we don't care. And if they wish, the parents should be allowed to pull the trigger. I know I would.

Message to all screwed up people in the world. Step out of line and you will be killed. Simple. No doubt the idiot PC brigade would want to help the guilty people and try to understand them. NO, NO, NO.

Given the recent backlash, against any hint of the parents being involved, the police must have something very strong to say she is now a formal suspect.

IMHO the blood samples have been proven to be Madeleine's and therefore something must have happened in the apartment..

Mother has so far been to quiet for my liking..!
