These WRSports are superb examples of Classic Imprezas which have been given the Prodrive overhaul - not just some of the WR extras. I had a V Reg MY00 Mica Red WR and it never missed a beat and is still going strong with the new owner. I think I only ever met one other WR owner on here such was its rarity, which I really liked. The Recaro's are the full electric items with lumbar support.

I can't believe this is still for sale?? Best of luck mate cos they are a very very rare car.

 

This car was indeed my second scoob.
I can vouch that it is a Ltd Edition UK WR Turbo.
Even though only 100 were made, they were never numbered individually and Mike Wood will have the details at Prodrive HQ.

It started life as an ex-Prodrive Demo car before coming to me. It was then passed to another club member when I bought my T20. Unfortunately this club member had to let the car go due to personal reasons.

I'm really pleased that it's stayed stock and it still does look nice...

BTW.. those electric Prodive seats are awesome... No, really. Easily the most comfy car seats I've ever sat in.

It really is a stunning car and if I had the cash I'd buy it back right now, unfortunatley I don't. I didn't want to let it go but I had to due to reasons beyond my control

It was always treated well by me, warmed up, cooled down etc and the same goes for Alan C who covered most of the mileage I believe.

BTW the power figures are:
245bhp and 257lb/ft
0 to 60 in 5.2secs
152mph top speed (I did it............. scary) [on private land]

The owner after me had a kerb / high object issue.. Just a low speed knock that just took off the RH corner. Tried, but failed to get another before having to move it on...

 

was going to replace it but never got round to it - there's a company in barnsley that sell ABS replicas for £39 ( not the crappy fibre glass ones either)
