Unless he knows sonic goes on here m8 that is a one in a million shot surely. I cant really see any tribunal saying ' yes, we agree, the chances of anyone else saying this about an employee is remote, 'sonic' must be Mr X from your compamy '
Fair point.........but

Went in to my local Subaru Dealer a good few years ago and was freaked when the guy beyind the service reception said Alright SiPie.....? I'd only posted on here for a matter of months Admittedly, you'd expect a Subaru dealer to have more interest in these boards than a random colleague of Sonic's ...... but you get my point

Colleague in IT at work also said the same thing but he was a fellow one time owner and liked to still keep an eye on NSR......

For all you know the young guy at Sonic's work may look over Sonic's shoulder every now, see he's on Scoobynet, register himself and troll around here

Anyway....back on topic

Hope your MD sacks the waste of space asap. Sounds a right *****

Exactly why I have had to employ some Bulgarians, many UK people seem to feel like they are doing you a favour by working for you!

Slightly off topic:

I reckon in a few years reading a map and using a compass will be a lost skill. There will be programs on TV about how to survive in the world without the internet, satnav, mobile phones etc.

My old local Subaru Dealer, *always* had Scoobynet pages open whenever I went in there

I got discount after slating them on the pi$$ poor job they did on my suspension a good few years back (fitted the top caps upside down )

On my first day at the place I work at now, I found out one of the guys used to come on here, and owned a Subaru, one of the other guys (he has left now) his brother posts on here quite a bit , less than 40 of us that work here too

As the most senior person in our place I get to choose where I sit, and it is facing everyone else, with only the server room behind me, so no one can see what I do

Alcazar, I don't know his myspace, but I wouldnt put it up on here anyway, at least not whilst he is still working for us

I did speak to the MD about him today, and basically it is his attitude he needs to change, he will do work etc if pushed, but he does seem to be very negative very quickly, instead of just taking a bit of time to think about his actions

If he had came to me and said, 'I have to go on this job, and would appreciate it if I could borrow a Sat Nav, as Im unsure about where I have to go etc' then I wouldnt have had a rant yesterday LOL
