Just to clarify a couple of things...
Not sure of a time for the gates opening for stand erection, but as the main public gates usually open at 9 or 9:30 we can assume that we'll be allowed in for 7:30, so let's look to be at the Redbeck for 7:00
The camping area is seperate to the stands area, HOWEVER, if things go as they did last year we will be camping on the stand area itself, so we can all be secure in the knowledge that the cars will be fine.
No tents to be pitched before 6:30, and all to be down before 9:00 Sunday morning.
Food (burgers, sausages and breadcakes) have been sorted with Aileen and Jim, to be paid for by the club and therefore FOC to all members, I also have a quantity of bottled mineral water. Bring your own beer / whisjy
and veggie food if you're that way inclined. Simon, we have a club BBQ, purchased just the other week, so no need for disposables, but thanks for the offer 
Scott's bringing a swingball and assorted other games, as Saturday can be a bit quiet.
Obviously we have the stand to arrange, gazebo and Markee to erect, BBQ to sort, etc. so the more help we can get early on the better
There is one thing I must ask EVERYONE to bring...

shows where the camping area is and the event stand, it will become apperent by that but the camping area is not near the stand, I am not too sure on what were doing stand wise.
I won't be there till afternoon hopfully early my thoughts were we could put it up sat evening, but i feel we should just park up with the tents and party area, then set up our stand sunday morning by 09:30, think this is best all round. But I a not sure what other members are doing, as said in my first post I can not spend the time needed on all of the aspects.
As for food anything you need Saturday drink and food wise would be best to bring, we will have the BBQ for anyones use.

Wife and kids are not wanting to get up early Saturday morning, would I be able to help you set up in morning and then go for them later on in the day, or is it a case of once your in you cannot leave, please advise. Would be able to go for them after we have finished on stall on saturday if that helps.

Stu's was still on the ramps, so dunno what state it's in.
Didn't leave until gone 10 pm yesterday as I was doing someone else's car. Gonna try and get back down this aft to do Stu's and pick mine up.
