Well no to be fair, the event organisers have brought the event significantly forward this year, as the later events have not faired well to the great British climate.

One day tickets are £6.00 either Sat or Sunday.

Weekend Tickets are £10 and include camping fees

Under 14’s Free

I have emailed the events organiser and asked if we could have a club stand with enough space for 25 cars. Additionally to include overnight camping for members. I have already purchased a football and badminton equipment.

Best Club Stand
This will be decided not by the judges, but by us the Organisers. We will decide on which club stand wins. This is judged on the whole event (from the minute you arrive)Things to consider to improve your chances:-

.) Clean club stands
.) Friendly to public (we have our spies)
.) Nice selection of motors
.) Well presented club stands
.) Well behaved

I am really busy with work, so I am not in a position to spend loads of time sorting things out, so if this thread does not get updated regularly please be patient, however, I am certain other seasoned members will assist.

Thats a little bit of a shatty resposne mate this is one of the WYIOC top main events and you guys and girls jump ship-- ooo look a smiley face gif

no no don't camp with your club members and mates, camp in another part of the same field

 

MICK Carm down was ment as good humour Im working all day and the crafts will be helping ... but at 5 o clock we will be back in full wyioc swing

this simply means there's 2 free space's on the stand as mine and pauls will be in the clinic gayzeebo

the wyioc was all fun in't olden day's

on a nother note i will not be in my car but another valued at well over 50 grand and need to camp with it as it's not mine

feel gutted that ive caused offence mick was not ment that way sorry

I am calm mate never more so, do like your second response a little better than your hillarious first post,

I was just checking with the health and safety executive and apperently you lot are not allowed to camp with us WYIOC'ers anyway just incase you get run over while in your tent

Are we allowed to throw bottles of beer accross the field to you lot in the cliniche's area, full ones of course

 

Seeing that two club members are well entrenched with The Clinic, can we not be sited next to each other?

It is a shame Paul's car isn't on the stand as it is a WYIOC car.. but having it next door we can make sure it gets looked after and take some of the glory from such a character owner & car... plus the camping would be OK too..

 

Alan ... I will be down amonst the trade stands and will HAVE! to camp there for the simple reason the money involved in the stand.

yes we are intrenced in with the clinic and yes pauls car is a loss to the wyioc but there's plenty of others going in attendence ..

And as for myself there is no loss to the wyioc stand as I don't even have a car

my piece ....
