I would definately consider the PPP if I could get it fitted for £995, I know you could probably get bigger power gains for the money, but I think the PPP would be the best bet for when it's time to sell the car, being an official upgrade.

Do you know what the warranty is if the car is out of warranty (so for example fitted to a five year old car). Presume it's just a warranty on the PPP bits.

One benefit that Subaru owners get though is that replacement parts - bought not replaced as part of a warranty repair - are covered by a 3 year 60000 mile warranty. Only matched by Mazda
