HEAT WRAP AND TURBO HEAT SHIELD/BLANKET GROUP BUY ?????

Eventually got round to fitting mine today.
Got it up on the ramps and downpipe off eventually, after removing heatshield. One of the DP bolts was a bit awkward to get to.
Did the turbo blanket as well, although i measured it, it still didn't quite go righ the way round, loads of material spare left from the kit. The band it tyraps in the kit were a PITA too.
One problem tho, there was smoke coming off the blanket when started driving, is this just an initail thing as the materials heat up and go brittle? or have i fitted it wrong.

fittd turbo blanket
was going to fit my dowpipe wrap and turbo blanket today but just ended up doing the turbo blanket because i couldnt be bothered after all the messing about i had fitting the turbo blanket(nightmare)
go a tight fit in the end after alot of messing about also a lot of material left over but most of it fell apart.
a little smoke not too much but now smells like a bakery for some reason.
went for a 40 min drive and you can still touch the jacket after parking up(only for a second or two)
overall pleased with it but never again too fiddly for me.
hope bakery smell goes away keeps making me hungry
anyone else fitted theres........

Smell will ease and smoking for a while is useual but yeah does smell like a bakery ive also put the metal heat sheild back over as front mount pipe runs over the topKIP
ANYONE ELSE FIND IT ITCHY AS ****
