When I spoke to Neil he said that 10 would wipe out his and blitz UK's stock so it would be a special order to Japan and 4-weeks delivery. I don't know if he'll wait for weeks for them all or desptach as the stock comes in

 

Will fitting the nur spec R system to an 06 sti spec D require a remap or will it be fine as none of the cats are being removed?

afaik it is fine to fit and run this exhaust without a remap, but as with anything, a remap would see the full benefits. I don't intend to remap yet as I have plans for a new turbo and an up-pipe before I do.

After placing the order we have received a call from Blitz regarding the timescales we are facing before we can get our hands on the Nur Spec R's. Unfortunately the news is not as we had hoped. We are looking at receiving the shipment in the second half of June. This is a few weeks longer than we had hoped and were initially quoted. I understand this is a bit of a wait but there appears to be a real shortage of these systems everywhere at the moment even Japan.

Could people post up whether they are prepared to go ahead with the Group Buy based on this kind of timescale.

Just picked the spec d up this afternoon Although a little longer than anticipated it will give me time to get to know the car a little before my exhaust makes my ears bleed So you can count me in

Yes it will fit a 2006 WRX apparently, although the GB is closed. If you are quick and speak to scoobyworld Monday, there is a delay in getting hold of them so the order hasn't been placed yet, they may squeeze you in but no guarantees
