I`ve removed my cup holder and getting a bracket made up so it can go there. It will be slightly angled so it mounts more towards the driver.
Will post pics when i`ve got it made.
Be interested in seeing the pics, may do the same

Could you please make sure the parcel is listed as an "electronic fuel meter" so we could avoid paying Tax or duty

Mine too listed as SG(II) or very similar on the box, no mention at all of electronic fuel meter. Looks like I need a couple of missing screws too. The photos on the Scangauge website showing all the different angles, fittings etc have 4 screws fitted too.

I've sent them an email asking what size they are or if they can send me a couple over.

Andy.

Nothing falling apart at all

US Post being reliable as usual

A couple of retaining screws which probably aren't needed anyway

Lots of Units have arrived ............... SOME have escaped the input duty and will no doubt be sending HM Custom and Revenue a cheque because they can't live with themselves

I am sure the rest of the units will arrive shortly

Still waiting to hear about this mount if anybody os interested

The only mountings included are a couple of velcro strips. I just thought it strange that it only had 2 screws holding it together and didn't know if it was normal or just my unit which had 2 screws. It ain't going to fall apart, just think it would be better if they were in place if it's supposed to have them.
Might velcro mine on top of the clock pod and push the cable down between the windscreen and dash and plug into the rear socket rather than the side one.

Would need to make up a horizontal plate I guess to fit on to it first. They do other brackets too but mostly for phones, PDA's which are either at the side of the radio or side of the gear lever.

I have just ordered this Mirror bracket

DON'T USE EBAY ACCOUNT AS THAT ONLY SHIPS TO US/CANADA

They have an online store MGT Motorsports Home

Which does give a UK option total $75 = £38ish

I will update when mine arrives

Has anyone tried changing the colour of the display from the default? I tried over lunchtime to see the variations and when I press <COLOR button option nothing happens, plus I can't see if the backlighting is working or not. It is difficult to tell in the bright sunshine. I tried it in the footwell but it didn't seem to be lit.

Andy.

Phil, can you just plug it in and see? No reply from the email I sent about the missing screws either.

Mine changed colours fine on the way home. It didn't at lunchtime. Set mine to green and high contrast to match the LCD bits of the speedo.

Thanks all.

Andy.
