Annoyingly my profile says I joined in April 2001 but it was actually the 4th of Feb 2001. It's been the wrong way round since one of the software changes a few years ago and still annoys me on a daily basis

I was scoobless for a while, needs must and all that rubbish, but now back in a proper one again.

 

Ah, good ol Ima, not a bad chap if you actually met him, same goes for most of the RS crowd actually, good bunch of people

 

Can't match seven years (yet), but Salsa's one of the first Scoobynetters I actually met (along with Gridlock Mikey, TedEd, Trouser...). How the years fly past! Oh, I've still got the same Scoob that I bought waaaaaay back in Jan 2001. Is that a record?

Mine says Feb 2005 and I joined in August 2003

 

My first was my company car, i then bought it and later sold it to AVI, what happened to that?

My second went to AllanBoz and it's still racking up the miles and looking great.

No it wasn't Diablo, it was P1_WR. Some of the weirdest exchanges i've ever seen on any forum, and i see some weird ones!!

 

Ahhh, the good old days. The Donno track days were great fun

 

I met a load of SNetters on a Clang'n'ball many years ago (what ever happened to the C'n'B?). Drove there with DrEvil (who had a P1 then) in my first Scoob. Also met a few SNetters at a drink in Canary Wharf (Dreamweaver and PTMW amongst the drinkers). Also went to a karting day and met the mighty John F amongst others.

After a few years of being frustrated with the time difference by living in Canada, I'm now back in Blighty and driving my second scoob.

This thread has been a trip down memory lane.

 

There were a few "incidents" on a couple of C'n'B runs which might have something to do with it. Probably find that there are more speed cameras lurking on the route to spoil any fun that would be had than there used to be as well.
