Yup, it was for sale as I was supposed to be going to view the other week, however I have been made redundant so the whole car purchase is indefinitely on hold for the time being

He’s decided to keep hold of the car for the time being, until it gets a little closer to his moving abroad

Again I think you need to look at a more stable career.

Tell me about it Dave, after only 11 months of working here too!! Been well shafted this time too!

Least there’s one thing to come from it, it gives me more time to persuade RLE to sell me his beast!

(I’ve already bagged first refusal if it ever comes up for sale )

I was away until late wednesday night in Spain so didnt really get back onto the case until Thursday. I had a message on my answer phone to say the black one had sold, and someone was interested in the blue one. Think Mathew was away until this Monday anyway?

Anyway to cut a long story short spent most of Thursday trying to get insurance for an STI with Rachel on the policy it was basically a NO NO! Its an apsolute nightmare qoutes just for me to drive were over £1400.
Then Saab has been letting me down again so have had to bite the bullit and get rid.

So I have bought a new car (brand new) only £600 to insure . Pick it up on Monday with a bit of luck. Its not a scoob but rear wheel drive so should be lots of fun (guess what it is ). Got a cracking deal at the dealership even tho i almost had to push the saab in to be valued .

Yep an MX5, just got the 1.8 though because couldnt get as good a deal on the 2.0 Sport.

Pick it up in the morning, so hoping the weather is nice

To be honest I wont be driving it much as its a bit small for work so Rachel will use it through the week, and i will be driving a van, which reminds me I need sticky to work some magic on it for me .

Will hopefully get a second hand classic scoob once im over 25 and the insurance is a beat cheaper, but for now the MX5 fits the bill perfectly for the job it has to do
