Look on Windows Vista: Home Page and say WOW just like the advert on the TV last night !!!!

why would you pay over 100 for the retail when you get oem for 50?

Is it because you cannot upgrade with the OEM version only do a clean install ??

Yep that's what the thread said. Open the box and only the 32bit version was inside with a phone number to get the 64bit version...
