Okay chaps..
I'll post just a few pics but i will be writing a full on installation tutorial for those that fancy doing this.
Heres the shocker

Heres the finished article, after 5 hours or so

Oh i started fitting the harness bar too but ive gotta wait till my harness arrive before i can finish the rest

Id easily be able to do another vent in approx 4 hours. I dont have any full car shots yet as the light is bad but i'll get some soon

Yes they have map lights,.. these will have to be removed along with the cage thats holds them to fit the vent.
Brave man!
Not sure I could trust myself cutting a hole in the roof. The parts place quoted about £200 for all the bits so I'll be doing it at some point.
Trying to get hold of STI RA blue seats at the moment so the roof vent will have to go on hold - for now
Cheers for the info

Heya guys,
Sorry i haven't yet had time to write this tutorial that i promised you.
I have been very busy recently, however i do have another vent to fit in a friends STi in the very near future. So I think we will be using his car as the photoshoot for the tutorial as it will be better to have someone else take the pics whilst I do the work.
Check back soon

lol, i thought that may have been the case.
Just one question, where did you measure from to start the oval? or is it once the inside bracket is attached, can you then work out where the oval goes.?

The vent kit?
The vent kit is circa £220 landed and painted (sometimes a little more depending on customs charges etc). I wouldnt fit one for less than £200.
So say £450 tops fitted.

You still arent on weekend mode and thats your name at the weekends? lol
