Why dont we brainstorm a natural (and free) location for the shoot, nice background may be better

that's a bit of a no go area now for pics with anything more than a point and shoot. have heard on other forums of security guards kicking people off as they didn't have a photographic pass. could try to get one but i bet it'll cost a few £.

ME ME ME
They kicked me after 3 pictures...
Calender Photo is what i kicked off for.

But have found out, if you e-mail/call people where you would like to go they are always willing to help.

I did a photo shot for the KENT SCOOBIES the other weekend & got a Special permission to use the TRACK
But never happened as the bloke forgot there was a TRACK DAY on
But it never hurts to call.

O.K where about do you want to go in the WHARF!!!

Do you want it in the background like i had on my pic!!!
If yes this was taken by the DOME!!!
& you need to call sercity @ the DOME???

If you want to get in the WHARF!! like next to a certain building. HSBC you may need to call them or the SECRITY depatment of this,
say its for a photo shot, for SIDC give them PHILS name & number! so they can call him to confirm who you lot are & you may get permission to park on the pavment outside a building there!!!

Guy's - I work for HSBC @ the wharf, I'll talk to the security team, although there maybe issues over copyright, as we run internal photo competitions and even then the bank takes ownership/copyright of all entries.

Read the following from the BBC and you'll understand why you need a photographic pass:

"An official US report has confirmed al-Qaeda planned to hijack flights from Heathrow and fly planes into the airport and a Canary Wharf skyscraper.

Reports of such a plot had surfaced in the media before but have not previously been confirmed.

It is believed the plot was disrupted by security services, although arrests are not thought to have been made.

The report lists nine attempts by al-Qaeda - aside from 11 September - to attack aviation targets worldwide.

Crashed into targets

One of these is the plot to fly into Canary Wharf. Another is an attempt in the summer of 2003 to use camera flash attachments as stun guns as well as cameras to disguise bomb components."

You'd have such a laugh in paris mate. The streets are all cobbled, you'd be spinning the wheels up every gear change

i'm going to have to get hold of something a little more interesting to take pictures of than the astra though. Although the colour would look good in the shots.

wonder what i can get from here? écurie25 - Supercar Club mate does a lot of work for them and i've had a chat with the owner a few times.
