You've got more control over the sensitivity, so doesn't really happen now. Perfect in PGR3.

Coming from a PS background, I always have the buttons as accel/brake, and the triggers as gear change. Never been able to get on with the triggers for movement on the xbox or 360.
Yes, but the buttons aren't analog like the triggers. They're either on or off - not ideal

Yeah i'd noticed that, annoying as the PS2 buttons were analogue and worked well.

I've tried with the triggers, but just can't change gear using the buttons, and using the bumpers is too hard.

I don't suggest you ever try playing motogp then

left analog stick steer (and lean forward / back)
right analog stick accellerate / brake
left trigger just rear brake
right trigger just front brake
then the buttons for gears

Personally, I've always found the triggers to be far superior for driving games to the ps2 pad, but then I guess what suits one person won't always suit another...

Just completed it this weekend, only just gotten around to playing it. It looks great but I prefered the playability and difficulty curve of the Xbox version.

I can't use anything that has steering on the left stick and accel/brake on the right stick - feels like patting your head and rubbing your stomach!!
