Not had any emails so I rang them.
They advise that there was an error on their webiste and that my orders have been cancelled.
I spoke with a manager to state my dissapointment and was basically advised tough!
Oh well I suppose I'd better go back to Orange and boycot O2 from now on.
I was even advised that there is no such thing as a free phone. There are plenty - you just have to pay up front and claim it back later on!
