Oh lord, does your stupidity have any bounds?

Look at your quote above and now read your first post on this thread:

"You bought the wrong car
This is what you should have spent your money on:
Welcome the new small premium executive class leader"

DOH. How did your fading brain cell work out all this information if no one has driven the new "class leader" other than the people who build it?

Same way I knew long before anyone else that the CGT would be the 'ring king. you stupid ****

The suspension setup on the new c-class is far superior to the e90.

Having not read the whole thread - i would never buy a Merc (apart from the mental SL55/65 type stuff) over a BMW as that just shout old man to me. It doesn't matter to me a hoot if it is a marginally better car or not - it's still got the stigma attached to it.
I'd probably even take an Audi over a Merc - and i don't like them

The new c-class will match BMW dynamics.
The new c-class will be a hell of alot more comfortable than the beemer.
The c-class wont be driven by loads of chavs, and hostel tennants.
The c-class will have a better interior.
The c-class already had, and will continue to have smoother engines.

You dont know much about this motor sunny boy. The last two c-class' were rushed and botched by daimlerchrysler boardroom politics, but this new one is gonna ****e all over the 3er.

The KING has returned
Does that mean it is better than the Audi A4 as well?

Well, looking at just about every survey in the last 10 years it would be the Subaru. I am of course excluding the survey in the obscure publication that you will no doubt dig out to prove some obscure point that you are trying to make.

Maybe you could provide a link to the ADAC website where you found this information.

It might go someway to stop you looking like the kid at school that always got picked last for games.

Cant find the exact link to the ADAC website, but this should be enough proof.

GermanCarZone

Audi A6 also more reliable than the E-class and 5er, and A2 more reliable than the mini.

Still looking like that kid who gets picked last for a game of football.

You know, the ugly looking, smelly kid, from the foster family who walks with one foot pointing out at 45 degrees.

No!!! You don't say!? You can't honestly expect me to believe that a German motoring survey found the most reliable car was actually a German car, built in Germany, by Germans fed on a diet of German sausages. That is just too far fetched. Next you'll be trying to get me to believe that the French think they make the best cars in the world and aren't a bunch of cheese eating surrender monkies.

Right guys, first things first.

I am far from an AL fan, i personally think his views are way off the mark & he talks pure & utter p!sh.

Thanks

Now my personal view here.

Having owned both a 535d & a E320 Cdi, the beemer would eat it alive all day on performance but on comfort levels the merc wins hands down.

So horses for courses really.

Now what i cant get is that people are trying to say that the new mercedes is **** all compared to the E90, guys the new C Class isnt even out yet.

Rip into AL all you want but from a car fans point of view get your facts correct before slagging any marque.

My 2p's worth

Yep, and the new c-class is gonna **** all over the E90 all day long. BMW's had its day as top dog, like everything no one can remain number one all the time. Things change, and audi is gonna be top dog in under a decade

Just imagine a C63 AMG

no-one else cares....

I drive a BMW because I've driven the rest and it ticks all the right boxes for me...rear wheel drive, great engines etc etc

however I couldn't give a stuff if the badge was merc, audi, ford whatever its whats the best car for me. If the merc turns out to be great then I'll have one of those.

What everyone on this site can't get is your strange addoration of marques and this anti BMW stance. This blinkered stance alone make a mockery of every single work that passes your lips.

Seriously your personality worries me, you come accross as very strange, somewhat serial killer like...come on you can tell everyone here were you vey bullied at school and do you find prople with lumpy jumpers and long hair a bit "strange"?

The thing I find surprising is that over and over again you lot rise to AL's bait (especially Davyboy who is just as bad in many ways).

It's OK where it happens on posts that have no more purprose than to wind up the contributors, but sad when posts that could otherwise be interesting and informative get spoiled by an AL/Davyboy/etc. slanging match.

Never mind, it's only the Internet

Much as it pains me to say this - I have a feeling that Audilover(but Mercs are better) could be right with this one.

At the very least it will be a close run thing.

Now, if Mercedes can get some decent build quality with it, it could be quite some car.

What will let the Merc down, of course, is that it will probably be £3k plus more expensive than the equivalent 3 series or A4 - on performance at least.

AudiLover(but Mercs are better) is no Troll - after all, his outbursts are entirely predictable. He's just a bit dillusional, most of the time

And yes indeed, AudiLover(but Mercs are better), Audi may well be "top dog" in ten years time, through clever marketing and nice interiors. They may out sell the competition. But they will always be dynamically inferior to the competition.

The day Audi become top dog, though, will be the day that driving for the fun of it is no more, as the "dullards" will have taken over the world.
