My old car may be coming back up for sale.
It's a 2000 Wreg Dark Blue Metallic Saloon that has about 65k on the clock with a Full Service History(while i owned it,it had oil and filters changed every 3k).
I had some 18"Inovit Redlines put on it(via a GB on here),and a Hayward + Scott Centre Decat and Back Box,but i sold it with all the bits to put it back to completely standard(wheels and exhaust).
The car also had the MAF Sensor and Oxygen Sensor replaced recently(£300),and runs as sweet as a nut.
I also had a Tracker system fitted(depending on your insurance company, this could save you another £400 if they insist you have one fitted),and it also had a Cat 1 Alarm etc on it.
Bar a few stonechips(to be expected)the car was mint when i sold it as i looked at loads before i bought that one,and it had had only 1 owner from new when i got it.He always ran it on Super Unleaded,i always did and the current owner does aswell.
Depending on whether you wanted it with the standard bit's back on it or not,it would definately be within budget for you if you were interested. The guy i sold it to is a mate and he is only considering selling it as since he bought it,he has split up with his girlfriend and needs to buy himself his own place now.
The car is in Weston Super Mare, but is well worth the journey .

sounds more along the lines of what I'm after.. lots of members PM'ing me with 94/95 cars wanting 5 or 6 grand.. not what I'm after as I don't like the interiors & front end on the early cars really and wouldn't buy one unless its around the 3k mark
although i really appreciate poeple taking the time to PM me.
I'm willing to travel to WSM if its a good car, its a bleeding long way from Newcastle to find its a nail

Hi mate,
I'm about to put up for sale my 99 (V) Subaru Impreza Turbo 2000. It's a UK car in Mica Blue, it has about 61k on the clock with full main dealers service history...I'm asking £6200.00.
The car is totally standard apart from having a catback Peco single oval tailpipe (sensible size), STI rear lights, clear side repeaters and clear front indicators...
It has had a new short motor fitted by my local Subaru dealers (Monks Heath) as a piston sheered the block, however Subaru covered the cost of this (receipt to prove) because the car had only covered about 32k. The engine is still under warranty and they changed the cambelt at the same time as it was 4 years old, not because of the mileage...
The car has the standard CAT1 alarm/immobiliser fitted, along with a tracking device with an annual subscription of 120 pounds, it also has a kenwood MP3 player...
The car has never been in an accident to my knowledge and it is HPI clear. I've owned it for 2 and a half years and just fancied a change, i've bought myself an (05) WRX STI Type UK PPP which I hope brings me as much joy...
Thanks
Ross.
