Daylight robbery to let this car go for under £15k!
The right person is gonna be looking for an STi right now and spot this and be laughing all the way to the bank you'll see... and then a few months down the line you'll miss this car so much you'll hunt that guy down and offer to buy it back at a profit to him...
At which point he'll say, "no way mate your joking, I love thuis car and wouldnt sell it for love nor money!"

Lovely looking car and i am very tempted to make a cash offer,but...................................and i know i may get a LOT of abuse for this.........................i am just wary of imports.......................so instead of abuse guys,TRY and releive some of my concerns(i am sure they are the same concerns of others that choose UK over JDM),and lets see what happens.....................

the only reasons that people choose UK over imports are HISTORYS,
please note my JDM has Auction sheet to Prove condition (HPI) and mileage.
and i am sure everyone will tell you Twinscroll is the one to get.
and my sti is mapped for UK fuel

i was exactly the same once apon a time but will never buy a uk spec. again (unless they match JDM specs).
The base car is the same, only with JDMs you get much more for your money. This ranges from more creture comforts on the inside to much better spec'ed and performing engines on the outside.
Oh and they hold value better than uk specs.
Not sure what else there is to say.....

the STI9 buttom end is one of the most reliable/strongest you can get
as long as the car is mapped for UK fuel and the mods then there will be no DET/knock... there for it should be bullet proof, unless you dont take care of it

Why are you looking to swap for a “Type UK” if JDM’s are better then? Surely it’s a little hypocritical to say this when you have obviously realised that you are limited to power output on a twinscroll JDM, unless you are prepared to spend thousands of pounds upgrading the turbo
