Yes there is - I use the component for video into the TV (and the stereo audio so amp isnt always needed), and the lead has an optical connection on it (on the bit that plugs into back of Xbox) to plug an optical cable into to my amp.

ah - sorry i meant i had a scart connector that the 3 cables plug into (not a proper scart lead)
