The chap who's retrimming the seats on my car was supposed to come fit them today, but he has had a few set backs and said they will be ready early in the morning.

Clutch and flywheel are fitted, but will be in the garage again in the morning getting the speedo cable put back in.
So I'm going to be later than expected but just glad I will be able to make it.

Well Beefy, what can I say but a big thankyou for organising this event After the family emergency yesterday/today, I'm glad you were doing it too. Then when I turned up to watch, and saw everyone else who'd come along to run, I'm doubly glad you were organising it Well done!
What a brilliant turnout, it was great to see so many people mingling around chatting to one another, comparing run sheets and figures after their turn It's always a slightly stressful time when you see your pride and joy on those rollers, but in the hands of Pete and the Andys' at Prosport, no-one needs to worry, they know what they're doing.
Thanks as always go to Prosport for putting on a great event as usual, who got told off this time for upsetting the neighbours? It was me last year!
Thanks to everyone for your best wishes ref: Paige, I'll pass them on when I go see her tonight, she's in the Treehouse Childrens Ward, at Stepping Hill, which ironically, is where the money raised at last years event went to!
Finally, thanks to everyone for parking their cars in a spectacular fashion. I can honestly say I was not looking forward to getting on that roof today, but once up there, and with Beefy and Martin sti's help, we managed to get everyone who was there in shot.
And here it is:
for a wallpaper version, go here: http://www.scoobysmacs.co.uk/gallery...shot-large.jpg
I'm just waiting for Simon (from Wythenshawe) to send me the photos he took today (thanks Simon ) and then they'll be available on our gallery.
Brillant

Very good day, big thanks to Pete and everybody at Prosport for the food and drink and the the organisers.
Almost didn't make it home, bonnet went ping! on the M56 in the outside lane! Not once but twice after I stopped on the hard shoulder to shut it again. I think the second slam from a great height must have got it, but limped home down A roads very slowly in the thickening fog (wasn't my day really)!

Had a really good day today despite not going on the rr and Deniece was surprised at how much she enjoyed it too. Bodes well for the future me thinks! Hopefully she wont have to come straight from her nightshift for the next event.
Justin, mine keeps dropping to 0.8 too so need to have a look at that. I think both of our cars have exactly the same problems too, after hearing you describe the cold start on yours.
Well done to Graham and all at Prosport for organising it. All seemed to go pretty smoothly. Decided to wash the car and have a shave when i got home after some of the comments but I've been incredibly lazy recently - I haven't even put my 18's back on since the December track day FFS!!
See you all soon.
Regards,
Paul

A well organised day by Beefy, well done that man. Big thanks also to Prosport for the food and coffee. More than welcome today, especially the coffee.
Another great day. nice to see some fresh faces as well as some people I havent seen for a while. Plus the regulars of course
Absolutely freezing again and i'm sure i'm not the only one sat in front of the fire trying to thaw out?

Next time we run one of these days please respect Prosports neighbours, when you drive round the block to warm the car up please drive slowly as we had a few complaints and rightly so Pete was a little upset about it.
