Their descendants are the proof of their existence.

There are churches in every country in the World, without exception.

Churches and Missionaries appeared long before Mosques did.

I would say that Islam has followed Christianities example in this matter.

Sorry Gatty, but Britain did walk into many countries the World over and turn them upside down - not complaining about it, its history now, but the British shouldn't complain when those pigeons come home to roost.

So if I am white, Christian, born in Britain, can trace my ancestors back hundreds of years and they are all British...what if I decide that I would like to convert to Islam and become Muslim, am I no longer British?
