All,
I politely asked if it would be possible to exchange a DVD which I bought based on a review they had on their site. Turns out they never watched the film and their review, which was based on fact, was so far from the truth it turned out to be the worst DVD I ever bought.

PSLewis,
what you are actually saying is that moray is a dogooder for not advocating copyright theft?
Infact what you are admitting to is agreeing with theft.
Where do you draw the line?
If you write a song or write a book you rely on copyright laws to protect the skill labour and judgement you put in to constructing the work. It is these laws which allow you to extract any financial benefit from your hard work.
Perhaps you should think more about what you write rather than desperately trying to have the last word.
I now invite you to try to make a valid point. The bbs is pretty much infinite (unless a slimy moray eel closes the thread), but I doubt your last word will ever have any merit.

ok.. he's the problem.. there pretty crap quality.. I have downloaded a couple (just to see) and have since deleted as a) it is piracy and b) The were barely worth watching.
Diz (I never broke da law, I AM DA LAW! ).
I am a bit picky though when it comes to picture quality

hmm, I seem to get all my dvd's from dvdboxoffice in about 11 - 14 days, maybe that is 3 weeks, my maths is not that good, and I'm not poking fun at adam either.
days would be good though but if it was days then I doubt that it'd be free worldwide shipping which would be
