not sure where we're going with the db9 yet. mate has it for a review. alright for some isn't it, getting piad to drive flash motors.
i guess the first stop will be a car wash as it's coming straight from someone else so will be a little dirty.

The missus is out all day Saturday hence me having the little'un.
I have my orders though, drop her at the station at 10am. Take Little Milamber to a school party at 1pm and collect her at 2-30pm. Does this fit in with the plans at all? otherwise I will bail out and try to make another shoot. I'll still try and dop down thought to say Hi.

well, the weather isn;t looking too good at the moment. what does everyone want to do? put it off to the following saturday? take a chance on the weather? i think we'd be best to go for an early / mid afternoon time if we still go ahead.

ok then guys, let's put this off till next week. we can confirm on the friday if the weather will be up to it.
looking out of the window, we'd be hard pushed to get anything other than grey if we were to go ahead and the weather was like this anyway.

If you are going to do a photoshoot then you should do it properly ... otherwise the cars and location will not be done justice.
Hire a professional photographer ... somebody that knows their camera and different light and ambiance settings off by heart. Nothing worse than having some jub take **** pictures ... also a professional photographer will tell YOU where to put YOUR car. Not the otherway around. They know what angles look best - as that is their bloody job.
Re: models. The reason the harlow meet went so well was because I managed to convince the photographer and the model (that wasn't hard though because she was my Mrs
) that the shoot would help both their portfolios. Which indeed it did. Call some photographers and talk to some of the models because they are interlinked and will quite often do Pro-b work because it helps their portfolios.
Re: your Mrs's getting angry -- err sod them! If you get a true professional model it will almost be as if you aren't there because they will be working ... not flirting (it's not very often that you'd ever be able to pull one of the models 
). It's a women's natural instinct to get jealous about their men looking at semi nakid beautiful girls though ... so just take the sex ban, enjoy a few nice ruby's and take away chow mein and above all, enjoy looking at your piccys which will be the nads .
Tiny still hasn't gotten over Harlow and that was 3 years ago!!

All very well and good but your missing the point Rob. I want to get to know my camera settings better, learn how to compose a picture better and learn from others... this is an informal Scooby camera club if you like...
If all we were after was some decent quality photos then you are absolutely correct.
In so far as semi naked women are concerned it's probably for the best if we don't as you lot will probably get fed up with her talking to me all day
