Newage Impreza REMAP Groupbuy
I went on saturday, bit of a dissapointment. First of all Zak had a look to see which spark plugs were fitted, he then plugged in his laptop into the car and it was reading 14. He told me a Happy car should be running 16. He told me that this was down to only running the car on unleaded. We then took it up the road to see what bhp is was pushing out standard. What a dissapointment that was, only 180bhp!! 
I was told that having the remap done wouldnt make a lot of difference, only around 10bhp. He said it would feel crisper but no big changes to the way the car drives. I didnt have the remap done as i wasnt prepared to spend £490 on 10bhp! Does any of you other boys that have had the remap run yours on normal unleaded?????

You cant run that sort of car on normal unleaded mate.
He could of taken your money and ran.. personally i dont think its worth you having it mapped if youre going to run it in sh!te fuel, its bad for your engine anyway.

I am mapped to tesco 99, but try to use V power if I can. I nearly ran out recently and they are digging up our tescos, so I ended up with 97 Esso. Car is definitely down on sparkle. Don't be too sad I was only running 182whp with PPP
but with new plugs Sports cat DP and Up-pipe I now have 235whp. I would consider some pipe changes, what is on there are the moment or is it standard?

Im there this Friday for my remap.....
Ive now got myself a H&S decat down pipe so in quite exited to see what Zak can do with my scooby.
I just couldnt get hold of a sports cat downpipe in time so I hope its not going to be to loud??
I guess I will just have to get my spanners out come MOT time (but thats not for 2.5 years)
Ive got:
H&S decat downpipe
Prodrive decat centre
Prodrive backbox
Green cotton panel filter
New plugs (To be fitted by Zak)
Prodrive intercooler Y pipe.
How bad to find is Mocom??
Any tips to help me as im coming from miles away.

Coming from the M11, get on to the A414 towards Chelmsford.
Take the left turn signposted WEALD HALL FARM (about 1 mile from M11)
Keep following this road (watch out for the speed bumps)
You will come to a very tight cross roads, use caution here for crossing traffic and continue straight on.
You will come in to the industrial estate, continue straight on until you reach the end, turn right and follow the road right through the estate.
