Go into your user CP now and you should see a reputation box and some positive reputation from someone I'm guessing you were not previously seeing anything as no-one had given you any reputation on your posts.
The name in the comment was added by me, as it's usually totally anonymous.



Not strictly true. Simon/Shaun did say that the outcome of the vote would determine if something was to be done about trolls and this is probably the result of that. For once, shocking I know, I'm not bitching about something that has been added as I think it's a good idea

It really depends on how it's set up. I think you can have a daily limit on the number of users that you can apply the reputation to, plus it's also possibly governed by your reputation "power".
