Really enjoyed the film, different from previous bond films, but sort of expected that with a new actor. The start is a little different, but a good change. Good twist near the end.
Not as many gadgets but you don’t get let down by the Aston!
Defiantly worth seeing!

I'm in two minds about the film. I'll watch it aainon DVD when its released and make my mind up then.
My GFs mate is the large black guy at the card table.
I'd say its not a film for the cinema though. No action from the Aston and no gadgets either. He's very good in the action scenes and he portrays a merciless killer too.
Of course the Bond franchise needs to move on and Craig has done just that.
Great start if you ask me.
Craig played a very good first time rookie agent!!

I am hoping this renews my interest as to be honest Bond films just leave me cold nowadays, loved the Connery and Moore films but really cant be arsed with anything since.
Definitely going to see this.

Saw this on sunday, thought it was excellent, was just the kick up the **** 'Bond' needs.
The poison sketch was excellent, I didn't think much to the Bond girl personally, but she'd probly get a poke in the bristles after a couple of vodka-martini's.
Nowhere neare long enough in the aston
Craig does the new 'bad-***' bond very well indeed, goodbye poncy brosnan

Seen this film twice now, first went to see it with the lads from work, then G/F decided she wanted to see it as well.
IMO it's a very good film, I think the lack of gadgets is a bonus, makes the film more realistic and as a bit of a poker player I loved the poker scenes,
I was dubious about Daniel Craig playing bond but I think he does a very good job of it,
I enjoyed it as much on the second time as the first,
Highly recommended

Went to see this at the flicks at weekend with the GF - she wasn't too excited about the proposition of Bond, but when i told her he gets his kit off she changed her mind
I was a bit aprehensive about this film but i have to say when i saw it i was won over.
Very gritty and raw - the torture scene will make every man wince!!!!
The poker game is excellent and that Aston Martin - wow do die for.
Totally different to other Bonds without the gadgets and cheesy elements of the previous films.
BTW Judy Dench plays a great part!!!

In some repects he was good, a hard Ba*tard, and had some good fight scenes.
in others he was abysmal, the pivotal last scene, he had no menace and didnt carry across the bond package. (suave sophisticated etc) he came accross flat.
and didnt anyone tell them, felix lighter(sp) was a white guy for all the other films, nice to see they got the continuity right.
have to see what the next ones like,
The opening titles were brilliant though, and the song wasnt bad either

DC is a good Bond, no problems with him, but I thought the film was poor, (too slow and long). I did like the humourous side to it though, like his 'little itch'.
The Bond girls didn't do it for me.

I watched this last Sunday
All in all not a bad film, the first opening 45 mins are the best, more with the action sequences, the middle part of the film, where they are all playing million dollar poker (which runs into well over 40 mins) was **** poor, I was bored stupid!, the ending was a little ****e too
In comparison to the original Bond films, I’d definitely say a poor attempt to carry on the bond legend
