Maybe the person who bought the goods should have checked at the time what he had purchased. Not put them back in the box 'cos they is not them JDM ones innit'. You didnt notice they didnt match!??

If your gonna start from the beginning then try to be accurate......

Firstly, i asked several times, are the mirrors dbm, the my00 only colour deep blue. You answered yes. I even asked the question in your origional post if people would care to check! After asking for a photo you send me a pic of the car, either in the rain, or just been hosed, colour not quite clear, and again i asked is it dbm?, you said yes.

I pay you the money straight away, as i do, dont **** people about, deal done, ask anyone else who has dealt with me, there has been lots!!

Next day you accuse me of not paying you, i confirm on the phone i had paid, turned out you supplied me the wrong email address, but that was my fault as well wasnt it?

Mirrors arrive, i text your phone, stating they are not dbm, you didnt give a ****, basically it was my problem. Also inform you the switch was missing, to which you reply its still in the car. I paid for it so why still in your car?
You send the switch on, and i agree to sell the mirrors on because im not one for hassle, you made it clear it was my tough ****.

Mirrors then sit in a box on top of my partners pinball table, where they had sat since the day they arrive until i advertised on scoobynet. First pm i get wants pictures, so i send them straight over and he replies glad u sent the pictures as they are not a pair. Need i say any more?

I told you i wanted to get my money back on them, and didnt see why i should get stuck with them, why should i let you turn me over for £60?
If i needed money id go to the bank.

How can you make out you sold me a matching pair? You honestly trying to say im making this up?
I really cannot believe the front on you, you ripped me off and are now trying to blame me, and are getting rather abusive about it??
I mean yeah i feel like a bit of a pratt for not noticing they were odd straight away, but only really looked at the colour being wrong thgen left them in the box. But to drive 500 miles and not notice doesnt say much for you.

Just to update......i had enough of the situation getting nowhere fast, so decided to go to craigs house today, and have since spoken to him on the telephone.
He has now sent me some pics this evening, and you can see in the pics the mirrors are definately odd. Ill leave it up to cwt to post them up here if he would like?
He has agreed to refund me £30 of the money i paid to sort this problem out, so will keep you posted on the situation.

Just thought id update everyone, and hopefuuly put an end to this post.
Craig (cwt) has now refunded me £30 via paypal. I origionally paid £60 inc postage so am still £30 out of pocket but i hope to recover the other £30 by selling the mirrors and switch as spares, and not as a set.
I think the turning point in this case was when craig gave it the big one in another of his childish pm's recieved yesterday morning, he told me to come to his house, and i wasnt getting a refund. Thing was he thought i didnt know where he lived, WRONG and probably thought i wouldnt drive all the way to kent WRONG.
I turned up at his house, pretty pissed off and to be perfectly honest with you guys, i think it would have gone off big time if he had been home. Luckily for craig he was out, Not to worry though, not a wasted trip me and my pals were working nearby, as we regularly do Know his area quite well, and regularly use his local happy shopper
Left him a note, saying id come to discuss the mirrors, and id pop back when in the area next, also left my number.
Got a text shortly after saying he was contacting the police, and his girlfriend was scared, but he had invited me? strange bloke?
Gave him a bell in responce, and finally seemed to get things sorted his attitude had changed funnily enough.
Let this be a lesson to craig, and any other internet users who rip innocent people off and hide behind there monitors, it is VERY easy to find out info about people, such as addresses on the internet, the internet is a very powerful tool
Craig has asked me to say that he is "still non the wiser", up to you if you believe that, i dont, but i am happy to end it here.

AFTER 5 WEEKS TYRON DECIDED TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE MIRRORS ASKING FOR HIS MONEY BACK??
I THOUGHT IT WAS SO ODD AFTER THIS LENGTH OF TIME AND THIS IS WHY I WAS ADAMANT THAT I WAS WELL WITHIN MY RIGHTS TO REFUSE A REFUND AS I,LL SAY AGAIN I SOLD A PAIR OF MIRRORS OFF A CAR THAT IVE ONLY JUST BOUGHT FROM HERE.
