Frayz, haven't been on here since December. Having seen those pics on the previous page, it looks brilliant. Well done, mate.

Edit: Got anything else planned?

Well, it didn't reveal much apart from adding an RA roof vent? Sorry, I'm a little behind with everything on here.

You're a right tease!

Well, nearly a year on and the dash still looks as good as it always did.

Still think it was worth every once of effort too. Minor changes are the carbon rear interior and the suede wheel. I had a 2nd wheel trimmed the same as the first but in suede.

Here she is .. and will also be flocked to match the dash

What is the gauge on the left ? And what make is it ?

you wouldn't believe this, but when i re trimmed my new dash in the black alcantara stuff i discovered a major flaw in my plan.

the cloth i used faded in the sunlight faster then the fooken dashboard

anyway, i have sent my old dash away to get it flocked, should have done it from the beginning, cant wait to stroke it

Great job Frayz and what a great finish!

What sort of price did you pay for the dash to be flocked? I'm interested but have no idea of what sort of cost flocking entails.

Cheers

Hi,

frayz, your car looks

I have to thank you, due to your pictures (and your car I saw on the Allrad Daewel Rally Party in Trier last year) I decided to get my dashboard flocked too

Wasn't really decided until I saw your car and then I thought : JUST DO IT!

Will look nice along with the cage and Pole Positions

Hmm, the black inserts look much much better than the silver, reading this thread again has got me thinking about flocking my dash now though.

Is it easy to keep clean or does it end up looking really dusty?

2010 bump for all the recent bout of flocking... This was done back in 2006 but might interest some of you.
