Btw, is that the same sort of meterial that the WRC teams (SUBARU) use?

I know its a crap photo, but this is a Hawkeye spec C interior with a flocked dash. You can just make out the flocked glovebox.(Taken at the Essen show BTW)
I know what you mean about people catching it though. I don't know what my missus does to mine.

Nice pic rob, i do like it with the flocked glovebox..
hmm, we'll see how i feel in a few weeks time, those are a piece of **** to take out and get done so im not worried if i fancy it at a later date

Deffo get the glovebox done and the bit the otherside, it looks incomplete other wise

One question though, if I may. Has flocking your dash reduced some of the reflected sun glare?

Its actually quite odd when I first used the car with the new dash. You dont realise how much clearer you can see the road ahead. Kinda weird but almost as if the screen isn't there

Just a little update to say that the current steering wheel is to be changed for the cars forthcoming coming track usage.
I have ordered another STi 8 steering wheel to be trimmed identically to that of the current one but in black/red suede.
This does however mean that the car will have to be driven wearing gloves to protect the suede wheel from becoming shiney but seeing as the car isnt a daily driver i dont see this as a problem.
So hopefully we will have a new wheel in black suede with a red suede centreband and red stitching.
